Payment Reports

To access the DDU Consent Report, log in to the DailyPay Portal and go to Reporting > Payment Reports. Within this section, you will find the option to export the report to your email. 

DDU Consent Report 

The Direct Deposit Consent Report shows that all users signed the Participation Agreement (and therefore consented to direct deposit update) before using DailyPay.

• User ID - employee id, should match the employee id in your internal systems
• Pay Group - shows the user's pay group if available
• Participation Agreement Signed Date - the date the user signed DailyPay's Participation Agreement by accepting the Authorization Terms. If the user is or was active at any point, you will see a date in this column. 
• First Transfer Date - the date the employee took their first transfer. This date should always be the same date or later than the 'Participation Agreement Signed Date'. 
• DailyPay Status - the user's DailyPay status
